Floodwaters from the Red river have inundated residential areas in Phuc Xa ward of Ba Dinh district, near the base of Long Bien bridge due to the impact of typhoon Yagi which is the most powerful storm in Asia this year and the strongest to hit Vietnam over the past three decades.
