Along with art performances, a space and a culinary area were also set up to introduce various ethnic cultures and 49 delicacies.

Furthermore, a tea ceremony combined with museum visits, tours, and a number of night tourism products were also introduced at the event.

Upon addressing the function, Vo Ngoc Hiep, chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, affirmed that, in addition to the overall development of the Vietnamese tourism industry, Lam Dong tourism has made great strides and has gradually become the key driving force for the province’s economic sector.

This year’s event aims to develop unique tourism products and showcase local advantages in association with preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities residing in the province.

It is hoped that this will contribute to fully tapping the potential of Lam Dong tourism and serving to simultaneously elevate the position of the Da Lat - Lam Dong tourism brand to the wider world, Hiep added.

This year, the locality is striving to achieve the goal of welcoming 9.7 million visitors.
