During their four-day visit, the delegation, including representatives from the Solidarity Association For Travel & Tours Agency Malaysia (SAFTTA) and Malaysian travel agencies, surveyed tourism products and services suitable for the Halal market, focusing on Da Lat city in central highland Lam Dong province and Phan Thiet city in southcentral Vietnam.

According to the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the visit aims to promote the province’s cultural identity and highlight key tourism products and services to Malaysian partners in the Halal tourism market.

The program also seeks to strengthen marketing, boost international cooperation, and expand tourism routes. It provides opportunities for local tourism businesses to meet, exchange ideas, and build connections for bringing international visitors to Lam Dong.
