VOV.VN - Thousands of people and tourists joined in the unique kite-flying festival which took place from April 28 to April 29 in Ha Long City in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

This marks the third consecutive year that Ha Long City has hosted the kite flying festival. The occasion takes place as part of cultural events in the city during Reunification Day on April 30 and May Day on May 1.
