VOV.VN - More than 400 dishes from different regions and localities across the country are currently being introduced at the Ho Chi Minh City food culture festival, which opened on March 28 at Van Thanh Tourist Park.
The culinary event, organised by Saigontourist Group to honour Vietnamese cuisine, features a range of delicacies at 40 booths aimed at satisfying both local residents and visitors.
The festival’s organisers also hold many special activities such as art performances, cultural exchanges, and folk games to re-enact daily routine of traditional craft villages.
