VOV.VN - A total of five luxury jets carrying 50 billionaires from around the world arrived in the central coastal city of Da Nang on October 15.
The five Gulfstream jets include G600, G500, G650ER, and two G700s. Gulfstream is a renowned name in the luxury aviation industry, boasting notable clients such as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Lionel Messi who own their aircraft. The jets bring a total of 50 high-profile customers, including billionaires and Gulfstream’s operating partners, to attend the company's annual customer conference. During their stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, they will also visit a number of local tourist attractions, including Ba Na Hills and Hoi An Ancient Town. Explaining the reason why Vietnam was chosen as the destination for this year's conference, a Gulfstream representative said that it is due to the stunning local landscapes coupled with the convenient location for potential clients from around the world. In addition, the representative noted that it has seen a market expansion in Vietnam, with the first luxury airline in Vietnam being SunAir, thereby representing an important part of Gulfstream's Asia-Pacific market development strategy.
