VOV.VN - A group of US millionaires took a seaplane from Hanoi to Van Don International Airport in Quang Ninh on September 2, beginning a three-day tour of its major attractions.
During their stay, the millionaires are scheduled to visit Bai Tu Long Bay and Ha Long Bay, and explore personalized tours designed to discover the stunning natural landscapes of Quang Ninh. After Quang Ninh, they will continue their journey to Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.
According to local authorities, the trip continues to be a positive signal in Quang Ninh’s ongoing plan to attract high-end travelers to the province’s unique and exclusive tourist destinations such as Bai Tu Long Bay and Ha Long Bay. This effort aims to elevate Quang Ninh’s status on the global luxury tourism map.
Earlier, in February Quang Ninh received US millionaires Jeff Grinspoon and Jon Thomas Foley who visited Ha Long Bay on a private tour.
The province is expected to welcome another group of foreign millionaires this December.
This growing interest from affluent tourists highlights Quang Ninh’s ongoing commitment to stimulating demand and collaborating with domestic and international businesses and travel agencies. The province has set this year's target of welcoming 20 million visitors, including 4.5 million international arrivals.
