VOV.VN - Chuong conical hats, Bat Trang ceramics, Chang Son paper fans and other finely crafted handicrafts are on display at the first Autumn Fair, bringing Hanoi’s rich cultural heritage to life.
The Autumn Fair 2025 in Hanoi becomes a special gathering spot for Vietnamese culture enthusiasts amid a vibrant 130,000 m² autumn-themed venue.
The standout feature among hundreds of stalls is the “Tinh hoa thu Hanoi” recreated ancient street, gathering dozens of traditional craft artisans and bringing the spirit of old Thang Long to visitors.
The small stalls are arranged to resemble the old houses of Hang Dao, Hang Gai, and Hang Thiec streets.
The sound of hammers, knives, and scissors from the artisans blends with the festival music, creating a lively “craft street” atmosphere at the heart of the year’s largest trade event.
“I have been making Chuong village conical hats for over 40 years, but this is the first time I’ve been able to bring the village’s craftsmanship to such a large-scale space,” said a female artisan from Thanh Oai as she carefully arranged the hat brims.
The event also features many other renowned craft villages from Hanoi and its surrounding areas.

The event serves not only as a shopping and entertainment destination but also as a space where culture, commerce, and tourism converge.
The fair is divided into five themed zones showcasing Vietnam’s autumn culture, Hanoi’s autumn highlights, family activities, Vietnamese cultural heritage, and industry-commerce-services, plus a food zone featuring specialties from 34 localities.
The first Autumn Fair 2025 in Hanoi runs until November 4, welcoming visitors from the capital and beyond to explore, shop, and experience the country’s diverse regional cultures.
