A video posted by local resident Khan Binh showed a group of over 100 dolphins swimming on the beach at 7:30 a.m.

Binh stated that it was the first time that he had seen such a large amount of dolphins.

Locals believe that the appearance of the creatures symbolises good luck as dolphins often appear in areas where they can enjoy a safe water environment.

In May, 2023, over 30 dolphins were seen swimming near Dai Lanh Cape in Dong Hoa Town, which is known for its calm waves and blue waters.
