VOV.VN - From March 1, Hanoi began piloting a ban on vehicles over 16 seats in the Old Quarter and around Hoan Kiem Lake in Hoan Kiem District, leaving many drivers confused on the first day of enforcement.
Luong Ngoc Quyen Street in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi is among the roads banning vehicles with over 16 seats during peak hours from March 1. The restriction applies to all except buses and school buses from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
