VOV.VN - A thousand women in Ao Dai (traditional long dress) paraded through Hanoi and formed a map of Vietnam on March 29 to celebrate Ao Dai Week, an initiative by the Vietnam Women's Union.

As many as 1,000 women of different age groups take part in the event
Around 500 students from the Vietnam Women's Academy wearing Ao Dai featuring national flags participate in the parade.
Participants travel from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square to King Ly Thai To flower garden.
Ao Dai Week has been organised since 2019 with the aim of promoting the cultural value of the traditional Vietnamese long dress.
The highlight of the event is a formation of a map of Vietnam carried out by 500 students from the Vietnam Women's Academy.
