VOV.VN - Located in Hanoi, there is a special museum that keeps Testament and other memorabilia of Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnamese nation.
The museum consists three parts, with the first displaying the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh.
All the memorabilia are systematically presented in a way that illustrates the president’s life and revolutionary career, from his childhood and initial revolutionary activities (1890-1911)…
….to the period when he led the socialist revolution in the North
…… and the fight against American imperialists.
Visitors turn every page of each open book to better understand the revolutionary life of the president.
This is the special edition of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament made public during the president’s 1969 State funeral.
A curator introduces the six complete handwritten pages of the Testament.
At the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Hall, there is a 3D space simulating the image of the president sitting and drafting his Testament in his office at the Presidential Palace.
This is where President Ho wrote his last words to the entire Party and people before passing away.
These are the khaki suit, pith helmet and rubber sandals that closely associated with the revolutionary life of President Ho.
President Ho penned the Testament on May 10, 1965 and revised it several times before completing the document on May 19, 1969, marking his 79th birth anniversary.
