International Famtrip delegation explores tourism products in Ninh Binh
VOV.VN - An international Famtrip delegation including travel companies from the Republic of Korea and the Philippines on October 16 visited the northern province of Ninh Binh to explore new tourism products and services.
The trip is one part of programmes to welcome international Famtrip delegations deployed by the Vietnam Tourism Association, aiming to implement the Government’s Resolution on ensuring the country's growth in 2025 at 8.3 - 8.5%.
During the trip, the delegation toured some relics such as Luong Pagoda and the tile-roof bridge Quan Anh where they had the chance to find out about the unique features of wood carving, ancient tiles and traditional cultural values of the northern region.
Foreign delegates toured popular local attractions including Pham Phao Church, Trang An Eco Tourism Complex, and met with local artisans. They also experienced new tourism services, accommodations, and culinary offerings in Ninh Binh.
Following the survey, businesses will focus on researching and developing tailored products to attract international tourists to Ninh Binh. At the same time, efforts will be made to boost tourist arrivals from key international markets, contributing to Vietnam’s goal of welcoming 25 million international visitors by 2025 and 30 million by 2030. These initiatives aim to position Vietnam as a leading travel destination in both the region and the wider world.
