VOV.VN - The Old Quarter at the heart of the capital is full of hustle and bustle with various activities featuring traditional customs and rituals for the Lunar New Year, known locally as Tet, as part of the annual “Tết Việt tết phố” (or Vietnamese Tet Street Tet) programme.
