VOV.VN - A special art program entitled “Strong and rich from the national sea” was held at Nha Trang military port in Khanh Hoa province on August 12 evening.

The program aims to implement the Party Resolution on the Strategy on sustainable development of Vietnam’s marine economy to 2023, with a vision to 2045. Under this resolution the purely marine economic sectors will contribute 10% to the national GDP.
